Here’s what you can expect from the moment your doctor refers you to our center:
Your referring provider will send us your referral through their electronic health record (EHR) or fax, including essential details like your demographic information, insurance information, and relevant medical records. This helps us get everything ready for your treatment.

Once we receive your referral, our team will review it to confirm we offer the requested therapy. If your treatment is new to us, we’ll take the necessary steps to ensure everything is in place for your safety and care.

We’ll work with your insurance provider to verify your coverage and secure any necessary authorizations. If we encounter any issues, we’ll communicate directly with your referring provider to resolve them quickly so your treatment isn’t delayed.

Our infusion nurses will carefully review your medical history, lab results, and doctor’s orders before we schedule your infusion. This helps us tailor your care to your specific needs.

Once your appointment is scheduled, one of our coordinators will contact you directly. They’ll walk you through the process, explain what to expect during your visit, and answer any questions. We’ll also review your financial responsibility and any available co-pay assistance programs.

On the day of your first visit, we’ll thoroughly review your medical history to ensure we have all the information needed for safe and effective treatment. If needed, this appointment can be combined with your first infusion session.

When you come in for your first infusion, you’ll be asked to sign a consent form for the prescribed therapy. Our experienced team will carefully follow all dosing protocols and monitor your vitals to ensure safety and comfort.

We will follow up with you after your infusion to see how you are feeling and help you schedule your next appointment.
